How to Wear High Heels Minus the Pain!

I love high heels.

I’m sure we all agree on this. But man-oh-man… High heels = PAIN. Nevertheless, that doesn’t stop me and my fellow models from wearing them.

Don’t get me wrong though, I love wearing flip flops and flats. But, I also love to wear high heels whenever the occasion calls for it or when I want to don those designer shoes I got for free.

So what’s the secret to wearing high heels without pain? It’s pretty simple. But first, you need to grab a nude medical tape for $3. And then before wearing those heels, you need to tape these toes together (refer to the photo).

The reason why taping those two toes together will remove the pain in the ball of your foot is because a nerve that splits between the toes causes the pain when there’s pressure on it. Taping it together will remove the strain on the nerve.
